Extreme Warrior, another 6f fast-ground winner, looked outclassed at this level and may do better in handicaps. |

Extreme Warrior, shock 40-1 winner of a course-and-distance maiden the previous month when in front of The Human League, blew the start again here just as he did then, but although he finished well he never had a hope of getting on terms with the winner. He is another who looks as though he will be suited by an extra furlong now.

EXTREME WARRIOR avoided all the trouble when produced a little wider than his main dangers and won decisively. He had shown nothing on his debut at Goodwood, but was a different proposition in first-time blinkers. A nice type physically, this colt, who was a very expensive yearling, should not be underestimated in better company. Connections think he might do even better with a bit of cut in the ground. |
